Super Regions for 2023 (from East to West):

• Central Super Region – 3 conferences/3 regions
  • Central, North-Central, South-Central
• Northeast Super Region – 3 conferences/4 regions
  • East-Central, Mid-Atlantic North, New England (no conference), Northeast
    • There are four regions and three conferences in the Northeast Super Region. To support our members schools in the New England region, which will not have a conference in 2023, ACDA has made a minor revision to the registration timeline for the Northeast Super Region.
    • Following is the registration timeline for the Northeast Super Region listed by traditional region:
      • East-Central:
      • October 12: in-region priority opens for your own regional conference. No change.
      • October 14: Super Region registration. No change.
        
      • Mid-Atlantic North and Northeast: 
      • October 12: in-region priority opens for your own regional conference
      • October 13: in-region priority continues with additional access for New England schools
      • October 14: Super Region registration. No change.
        
      • New England
      • October 13: Priority registration available for New England members in the Mid-Atlantic North and Northeast Conferences
      • October 14: Super Region registration. No change.
    • There will be over 1,200 registration spots and 136 adjudication spots available in the Northeast Super Region. We are confident that there will be space for your school’s registration.

• Southeast Super Region – 3 conferences/3 regions
  • Mid-Atlantic South, South, Southeast
• West Super Region – 3 conferences/3 regions
  • Baja, Northwest, West
    • To support the California schools whose only option may be to attend the Baja Conference, ACDA has revised the procedure for registration for adjudication spots for the Baja Conference. The following procedure for adjudication registration will be in effect for the Baja Conference only:
    • On October 12th at 9:00am, in-region registration opens for all regions as planned. Baja member schools will be able to register for one (1) adjudication spot and reserve a 2nd spot on a timestamped waitlist.
    • On October 13th at 9:00am, registration for the Baja Conference opens to West member schools and the same applies – one (1) adjudication spot and a 2nd reserved and timestamped.
    • Before 9:00am on October 14th, all existing timestamped adjudication reservations from Baja and West schools registered for the Baja Conference are assigned until adjudication slots are full.
    • On October 14th at 9am, registration opens to the West Super Region.
    • The one-dance adjudication registration restriction for the Baja Conference will be in effect for the first 48 hours of registration only (October 12-13).
    • If adjudication spots are still available on October 14, schools may register for up to two spots.
    • Note: The West Conference will allow registration for two adjudication spots reservation starting on October 12th.
